How to List a Token on CoinMarketCap?

Goal and tasks

  • In the span of 8 weeks, work out activities to meet the CМС и СG listing criteria;
  • List the token on Coinmarketcap and CoinGecko;
  • Build trust, drive engagement and attract new customers to the project.

Listing the token on Coinmarketcap and CoinGecko is an essential starting point for every launching crypto project to enter the solid crypto community and achieve real success in terms of project growth, token trading, building trust and performance up to 275 mln audience. 

Despite the rather transparent СМС listing policy, many projects are rejected. There are certain criteria that should be followed to get listed on Coinmarketcap and Coingecko. The team needs to make sure they comply with the major requirements, including technical website and contract demands, as well as market trading data and project social proofs reflected in the social media community recognition.

Stage 1

Market-Making Solution

During this phase, we concentrated on creating the market-making solution to manage token trade volumes and price as acceptable by CМС and consider it worth listing. 

As the project’s token was basically operated on the Ethereum blockchain, we decided to avoid challenging gas fees by transferring and duplicating the token contract on Polygon to prevent high rates while influencing the market. 

Based on our blockchain automation tools, we developed and launched our solution to manage the price and trade volume for ENO tokens on Uniswap DEX.

Stage 2

USDT Contest on Social Media

As for tokens to be listed on CMC, they must be a subject of interest and lively discussion in the crypto communities space.  

As part of this listing campaign, we ran a USDT contest with the following mechanics: users had to answer the questions,  subscribe to the project’s social networks and add likes and comments. The number of questions in the contest ranged from 5 to 7, with 2 of them with an open answer which was required to duplicate in the Telegram chat of the project,

Based on previously achieved results due to guest posting and paid announcements, we get incredible results in figures and fabulous social media audience growth and engagement. 

Reached considerable audience growth and made Eno Token socials soar.  

Our SMM campaign boosted the sleeping audience, making them buzz around the ENO token just, along with submitting the listing request.

Stage 3

Application

After taking into account all the data and structuring it clearly in the submission application, we reached out to the CMC team to verify the project. All the achievements, features and strengths of the project were highlighted and presented in the best possible way to get approval.

Results

  • 6 weeks volume in the range of 10-15k daily volume maintaining consistent price level and meeting the requirements of CМС listing demands. 

 

 

  • More than 2300 participants in the contest. Thanks to the open questions, the project received a lot of fresh and valuable ideas and suggestions from its audience. The initial cost per new user was $1.3 per participant (excluding service fee).
  • ENO Token is live on Coinmarketcap and Coingecko a few days after applying, thanks to our well-performed actions aimed at bringing ENO recognized as eligible for listing.
