Online casino software providers supply the platform (PAM), game aggregation or games a casino runs on; we compare 12 on licences, crypto and white label.

Vendors write most lists of iGaming software providers, and they rank themselves first. ICODA is a marketing agency with no software to sell. We checked licences on regulator registers on 26 October 2026 and added our own AI visibility scores. No provider paid for a place here. Looking for game studios such as Evolution, Pragmatic Play or Play’n GO? Operators reach them through the aggregators below.

  • Operators: pick your model, shortlist three, then send them the seven questions.
  • Providers: the AI visibility column shows whether Claude names you.

How We Evaluated Online Casino Software Providers

We compare each provider on licences, crypto, game count, bonus engine, white label and AI visibility, using regulator registers wherever one exists.

Casino software solutions come in three layers: a casino platform (the PAM, which holds each player’s account, wallet and limits), a game aggregator (one API to many studios) and a studio (which builds the games).

A B2B (supplier) licence lets a vendor sell to licensed operators; a B2C licence lets a company take players. Turnkey needs the vendor’s supplier licence or registration in your market plus your own B2C licence. White label runs on the provider’s B2C licence, so ask for that number.

On 26 October 2026 we searched the MGA, UK Gambling Commission, Swedish and Danish registers for all 12 providers, the MGA Recognition Notice register for GR8 Tech and White Hat Gaming, and the Anjouan, Isle of Man, Belgian, Kahnawake and Curaçao registers where a provider cites them.

“Confirmed” means a register lists the entity, which can carry a different name from the brand. A missing entry can mean the licence sits under another company. Every cell except confirmed licences and AI visibility (ICODA’s own audit data) reports what the provider or trade press says, or what we could not find.

Groups follow each vendor’s main product, and order is alphabetical, not a ranking. We did not demo any product.

Casino Software Providers Compared

Eight of the 12 have a licence on the MGA, UK, Swedish or Danish registers; for the other four, ask for the licensing company and number before you sign.

Checked 26 October 2026. “Claimed, Not Matched” lists licences a provider says it holds that we did not find on a register.

Game counts are each vendor’s global catalogue. Ask for the list certified under your licence; in a regulated market it is usually a fraction.

How to Choose an Online Casino Software Provider for Your Model

Choose by market first, then by licence model: in white label the provider holds the licence, in turnkey you do.

  • Own licence in a regulated European market: start with the eight providers on the MGA, UK, Swedish or Danish registers, then check your market’s own register.
  • Brazil or Ontario: games and platforms need market-specific certification, and Brazil bars crypto payments for betting. Ask each vendor for its approval in writing.
  • Curaçao or Anjouan with crypto: read question 1, then compare BetConstruct, SOFTSWISS, SoftGamings, Slotegrator, NuxGame and GR8 Tech.
  • No licence yet: white label casino software from BetConstruct, GR8 Tech, Slotegrator, SoftGamings or White Hat Gaming. Ask which licence your brand sits on, and read our white label casino guide.
  • Games only: Pariplay or Relax Gaming.

Next step: send the seven questions to three vendors from one row, ask each for a demo login and three live brands in your market, and compare 24-month quotes at your forecast GGR. For the launch budget, see how to start an online casino business.

White label vs turnkey casino software: the provider holds the licence only in white label; setup estimates run €20-60K and €60-100K+ including licensing.
Casino platform provider launch times: white label 1 to 6 weeks (BetConstruct, GR8 Tech, Slotegrator, SoftGamings); turnkey 8 to 14 weeks (SoftGamings, GiG).

12 Online Casino Software Providers Profiled

Six of the 12 lead with a full platform, four with turnkey or white label and two with games.

BetConstruct: Sportsbook-Led Supplier

BetConstruct is a sportsbook-led supplier with a casino suite that, unlike most vendors, publishes product prices.

Registers confirm its entity Soft Construct (Malta) Ltd: MGA B2B (MGA/B2B/286/2014), UK account 40767, and Swedish, Danish and Belgian licences; its B2C licences sit with sister company SCGO Ltd. The undated price list starts the casino platform at €10,000.

Best for: sportsbook-led brands that want published module prices.

EveryMatrix: Multi-Vertical Platform

EveryMatrix sells casino, sportsbook and aggregation on one PAM under your licence; MGA, UK, Swedish and Danish registers confirm it.

On 30 July 2026 it merged its casino platform, turnkey and aggregation units into EveryMatrix Casino. It does not sell white label. It says Bonus Guardian targets bonus abuse.

Best for: multi-market operators that already hold a licence.

GiG: Modular Platform, White Label Closing

GiG began closing its white label business in June 2026, so it now suits operators that hold their own licence and want a modular casino platform provider.

Its MGA, UK and Swedish licences sit with subsidiary iGamingCloud Ltd. GiG’s Q2 2026 report attributes a 5% revenue fall mainly to the insolvency of its client Richmond Atlantic, and reports cash of €3.5 million on 30 June.

Best for: licensed operators that want a modular platform.

Playtech: Listed Supplier With Public Accounts

Playtech is a London-listed supplier of PAM+, live casino and slots whose H1 2026 B2B revenue was €394.8 million, up 14%.

It sells PAM+ as a platform licence, through structured agreements under the operator’s own licence, or as content-only SaaS.

Best for: regulated-market operators that want a listed supplier’s published accounts.

SOFTSWISS: Platform and Aggregator

SOFTSWISS sells turnkey, not white label: its product menu lists turnkey only, and an October 2026 article calls white label a legacy model.

The MGA register confirms Stable Aggregator Ltd (MGA/B2B/942/2022) for the aggregator; its compliance page also lists Denmark, which the Danish supplier list does not show.

Best for: operators with their own licence that want platform and games on one contract.

White Hat Gaming: PAM and White Label

White Hat Gaming sells a modular PAM and white label; in July 2026 Merkur Group agreed to buy its studio arm, not the platform.

The sale needs regulatory approval and had no completion notice by 26 October 2026. White Hat Gaming Limited holds UK account 52894 and MGA B2C licence MGA/B2C/370/2017, and the MGA’s notice register lists its B2B Recognition Notice RN/026/2025.

Best for: US-facing operators that want a PAM with white label.

GR8 Tech: Turnkey, White Label and Sportsbook

GR8 Tech, renamed from Parimatch Tech in 2023, sells turnkey, white label and sportsbook products, and says its crypto turnkey supports 15+ coins.

GR8 Tech announced an MGA Recognition Notice (January 2025); on 26 October 2026 the MGA’s notice register listed no GR8 Tech or Parimatch-named company, so ask for the notice number. Its white label page claims a three-week launch under a licence GR8 supplies, without naming the jurisdiction.

Best for: crypto-first brands that want turnkey or white label with a sportsbook.

NuxGame: Crypto-First Turnkey

NuxGame sells crypto-first turnkey casinos, but its Anjouan licence belongs to Nux Solutions LLC, not the Nuxgen B.V. named on its site.

The Anjouan register lists a B2B licence for Nux Solutions LLC with the domain nuxgame.com (ALSI-202509026-FI1, valid to 15 September 2027). Ask which company signs your contract.

Best for: crypto, Telegram or sweepstakes turnkey launches.

Slotegrator: White Label and Aggregator

Slotegrator sells white label and says a project can launch in about a month, but it publishes no price.

The Anjouan register lists a B2B licence for Velund Investment Ltd, the operator named on its site, with the domain slotegrator.pro (ALSI-202507025-FI2, valid to 30 July 2027). Its claimed Isle of Man permit matches no register entry under the Slotegrator or Velund names, so ask for the licensee name. Its white label page cites a Curaçao sublicence, but Curaçao ended sub-licensing on 24 December 2024. Ask which licence your brand would sit on.

Best for: fast white label launches with an aggregator.

SoftGamings: Platform, Aggregator and White Label

SoftGamings sells platform, aggregation and white label; its Curaçao licence is in assessment, and its MGA, Isle of Man and Belgian claims match no entry.

The Curaçao register lists SG International N.V., the company number SoftGamings gives for itself, with licence OGL/2024/379/0174, the one SoftGamings cites. It is a B2C licence with a 24 December 2025 end date and the status “assessment in progress”. We found no SoftGamings or SG International entry on the MGA, Isle of Man, Belgian, Swedish or Danish lists. Ask for the certificate and numbers.

Best for: white label launches with a large game catalogue.

Pariplay: Regulated-Market Aggregator

Pariplay sells Fusion, an aggregator for regulated markets, with MGA, Swedish and Danish licences confirmed and no PAM or white label.

Pariplay Malta Limited holds the MGA B2B licence (MGA/B2B/469/2018); its site lists its UK licence under GMS Entertainment. It belongs to Aristocrat Interactive.

Best for: regulated-market operators that need content only.

Relax Gaming: Studio and Aggregator

Relax Gaming is a content studio and aggregator, an FDJ United company per SBC News, whose MGA, UK, Swedish and Danish licences are confirmed.

SBC News reported in February 2026 that Relax obtained an Anjouan B2B licence. The Anjouan register shows a recognition letter for Relax Gaming International, based on its Kahnawake authorisation and valid to 13 November 2026.

Best for: operators that want a studio’s own slots.

Which Casino Software Providers Does Claude Recommend?

In ICODA’s 2026 audits, 18 of 30 iGaming platform providers were never named by Claude, while the same few names appeared in every answer.

  • Platform provider AI audit: EveryMatrix, GiG and Playtech appeared in all three prompts. NuxGame, GR8 Tech and Soft2Bet were among the 18 providers (60%) that appeared in none.
  • Game aggregator AI audit: SOFTSWISS, EveryMatrix, Slotegrator, Pariplay, Relax Gaming and Hub88 scored 3/3, and 9 of 19 (47%) scored 0/3.
  • Live casino studio AI audit: BetGames, Ezugi and Vivo Gaming scored 3/3, and 5 of 9 scored 0/3.
iGaming platform providers named by Claude: EveryMatrix, GiG and Playtech in all three queries; NuxGame and GR8 Tech in none; 18 of 30 never named.

For operators, an AI shortlist of the best casino software providers repeats the same names, so add two or three vendors from the tables above. For providers, start with consistency: one entity name, licence number and game count across your site, regulator registers and trade press. If you are on a 0/3 line, an AI visibility audit shows what else is missing.

Seven Questions to Ask a Casino Software Provider Before You Sign

Ask every shortlisted provider these seven questions in writing, because published terms rarely answer them.

  1. Which licence or registration number covers my target market, and which lab certified the games for it? Brazil accepts only labs accredited by its betting secretariat. Ontario requires Registrar approval or an AGCO-registered lab, and the UK a Commission-approved test house. In Curaçao, licensees need prior approval to contract a platform, game or payment supplier, and from 24 December 2026 they may not buy critical services from unregistered suppliers. How foreign suppliers register is unpublished, so ask for proof.
  2. Which KYC, AML and responsible-gambling tools are built in, and can they be set per market? Ask who runs identity checks and whether the platform connects to your market’s self-exclusion scheme (GamStop, Spelpaus, ROFUS, OASIS). The UK capped bonus wagering requirements at 10x on 19 January 2026. See casino bonus abuse and CRM and player retention.
  3. What do I take with me if I leave? Ask for domain ownership, a named-format export of player, KYC, transaction and bonus data, the notice period and exit fee, and whether game and payment contracts are in your name. We found no provider that publishes exit terms or migration costs.
  4. How strong is the supplier’s balance sheet and licence position, and who owns the entity that signs? TGP Europe surrendered its UK licence on 16 May 2025 after the Gambling Commission told it to pay a £3.3 million penalty. The 24 domains on its licence are inactive on the UK register.
  5. What SLA, support and API access do you give? Ask for 12-month uptime with service credits, support hours and sandbox API documentation before you sign.
  6. Whose merchant accounts take player deposits, and when am I paid? Ask for the settlement cycle, any rolling reserve, the payment providers live in your market, and how player balances are protected if the provider loses its licence.
  7. What will I pay in month one and month 24? Ask for the setup fee, monthly minimum, revenue share (GGR or NGR), game fees per studio, payment and KYC fees, custom-work rates, and the minimum term and early-exit fee.

Once the platform is chosen, the next problem is getting players. See our iGaming marketing services for the first-year plan.

Online Casino Software Providers: FAQ

The best provider depends on who holds the licence: white label for speed, turnkey for control under your licence, or an aggregator if you need only games. White label: BetConstruct, GR8 Tech, Slotegrator, SoftGamings, White Hat Gaming. Turnkey: EveryMatrix, SOFTSWISS, Playtech, GiG. Content only: Pariplay, Relax Gaming.

Published prices are not comparable: BetConstruct lists its casino module from €10,000, and SOFTSWISS estimates €60,000 or more for turnkey. SOFTSWISS articles estimate €20,000 to €60,000 for white label and €23,000 to €100,000 or more for turnkey; these are estimates, not a price list. See white label casino costs for revenue-share ranges.

Casino software providers sell the platform and aggregation that run a casino; game providers such as Evolution, Pragmatic Play or Play’n GO build the games. An operator signs one platform and reaches most studios through its aggregator, so check which studios it already carries.

An iGaming PAM (player account management) system holds each player’s identity, KYC status, wallet, bonuses and responsible-gambling limits. Every other system reads from it, so changing PAM later means migrating all player data.

Providers claim 1 to 6 weeks for white label and mostly 8 to 14 weeks for turnkey, counted from the day you hold a licence.

Yes in regulated markets: the UK, Malta, Sweden and Denmark license B2B suppliers; ask for the number and check the register.

In some markets, yes: in white label your brand runs on the provider’s licence, and you depend on its compliance and survival. When TGP Europe gave up its UK licence in May 2025, the brands running on it could no longer lawfully serve British players. Ask for exit terms before you sign.
