Local Sales Manager Position at ICODA

ICODA is an international digital agency dealing with blockchain development, implementation of new IT technologies, solutions, web, mobile, and desktop applications. We are growing fast and looking for a Local Sales Managers and representatives (US, LATAM, China, Korea, Japan, Australia, Germany, UK, and MENA).

Your role will be to for a bridge between ICODA services and our clients’ needs and business.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and establishing strong customer relations (experience in online networking via LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Independently negotiating all issues with existing and potential clients (handling cold calling and emailing)
  • Full scope of attracting and acquiring new prospects in order to establish a solid client pipeline
  • Systematic market research of market players, demand expectations and trends in the blockchain/crypto industry
  • Xing: Maintaining and establishing strong customer relations (experience in online networking via LinkedIn, Xing, Facebook, etc.)


Requirements:

  • proven track record of successfully acquiring and maintaining a solid client basis
  • job experience in the required fields of not less than 3 years expected (experience in blockchain/crypto/IT industry is a plus)
  • open and genuinely friendly personality, meeting new clients and conduction cold calls is considered an exciting part of this position
  • confident in negotiations and liaising with senior management
  • familiar with the toolkit of a successful sales manager, including product presentation, sales calls, follow-up organization, negotiations, etc.
  • high proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM (like Pipedrive)
  • disciplined in performing tasks in an efficient and timely fashion, a high degree of responsibility is a must 
  • creative character, with the desire to find new approaches to meet targets
