Background

 

Our client (NDA), a pioneering tech startup poised for a pre-sale event, aimed to create significant market buzz and attract robust investor interest. To achieve this, they partnered with us to leverage the dynamic platform of TikTok and Meta for targeted advertising, complementing an aggressive PR campaign across top-tier publications like Forbes and engaging strategic partnerships. To boost traffic conversion, we also focused on reputation management for the project, addressing negative feedback and highlighting positive elements.

Goals and Objectives

  • Successfully drive the pre-sale phase of the product launch.
  • Engage and expand investor interest through precise targeting and engaging content.

Stage 1

Pre-Launch Optimization

The campaign kicked off with a one-month intensive testing phase where an initial investment of $7,000 was utilized to fine-tune ad accounts, sales funnels, and hypothesis testing. This phase was critical in identifying the most effective ad combinations and strategies for scaling.

Stage 2

Data-Driven Scaling Strategy

Following the successful testing phase, we implemented a rapid scaling strategy:

  • Initial daily budgets of $10,000 were set immediately post-testing phase.
  • Budgets were scaled to $30,000 per day after one week, following positive initial results.
  • As KPIs continued to exceed expectations, the daily ad spend was further boosted to $60,000 - $80,000.

Reputation & Conversion Hacks

To amplify the effectiveness of our marketing efforts, we implemented reputation management and suggested several tools to boost registration and sales conversions:

  1. Integrating a social proof widget, such as nudgify.com, on the website.
  2. Adding Japanese and Chinese language options to broaden our audience.
  3. Showcasing top press mentions and influencer endorsements on the website.

Results

Thanks to our marketing efforts, sales surpassed $37 million USD, achieving up to a 10x ROMI. The next phase is focused on project development.
